Returns and Exchanges

All Watches purchased from Hausewatches.com undergoes thorough and Severe Quality Control procedures.

We provide a Return for Full Refund policy within 7 Days of the watches receipt and a 1 year Warranty on all watches.

In case of a Defect of Malfunctions of any mechanical parts of any kind, we provide a 1 year warranty on all watches.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges in all cases and we do not provide a new replacement after the 7 Days Warranty Period

Please mail us at support@hausewatches.com to get the Returns Code and instructions and do wait for us to respond before you ship the watch back to us.

We do not provide warranty against any Water Damages, the watches are NOT waterproof so please do not take them to shower or a Swim
